Ponderosa Ranch has been designed loaded with our most popular amenities. The house features three bedrooms with Queen beds and a bunk room with 4 sets of bunk beds. Adults can gather on the upper two levels to play cards, or socialize while the kids can have their own level stocked with their favorite things- an x-box with games, a pool table, television and their own full bathroom. There is a huge fire pit on the property for marshmallow roasts and a hot tub for relaxing. There is plenty of outdoor seating for enjoyment of the outdoors. The cabin offers two parking lots to acommidate plenty of vehicles and has easy access. All use of resort amenities is offered with the cabin! |

| RENTAL RATES FOR at Coosawattee River Resort $165.00 per night, two night minimum rental. Weekly 7th night free. Rates are for FOUR people. Extra person over FOUR are $10.00 per person per night. Children under 6 are free. There is a $25.00 gate fee due to the resort for each rental. Memorial Day and Labor Day have minimum 3 night rentals, Holiday rate is $175.00 per night. July 4th, Thanksgiving and Christmas have one week minimum rentals. Pets are allowed with approval, there is a $25.00 per pet per stay charge. Please call 706-276-1408 for confirmed rate amounts.
